Custom Air Ducts

Dale Built Air Ducts are one-piece fiberglass parts weighing approximately 1.5 oz. and are suitable for installation in one or two-piece cowls. The front shape is slightly larger than the front cowl opening and the shape at the rear is rectangular. It takes into consideration the offset of the engine and directs all incoming air over the cylinders and crankcase.

Carden Aircraft (www.carden-aircraft.com) currently have ducts available for their 35% and 40% Extra 260's and 330's and are available exclusively from them. Dale Built has ducts available for the Composite ARF 40% Extra 260 and the Aero-Works 35% Extra 260. Additional designs will be developed as volume justifies.
